"The property and in particular the family who run it are exceptional. I had an a knee accident and they became family in helping me with ice pack , wheel chair and other local assistance. Will definitely be back absolutely outstanding class very substantial breakfast etc "
"I got an excellent rate for the time I was there. The hotel staff were very service oriented and they had a great offer on for breakfast and lunch. Within 3 min walk of the beach."
"Great property, excellent location, and the staff are all very friendly. There is a small bar downstairs too which is a great spot if you want to try some local beers/wines without leaving the property."
"Absolutely amazing place to stay in. The first thing you will notice is how young most of the staff are. Super competent, professionals, friendly staff. So great to see a business giving the young people opportunity to show their talent. The kitchen staff super helpful and proactive, always kept restocking the food. We asked for eggs and they made great eggs for us. The hotel is spacious, lots of breeze coming from all the doors and windows. Air conditioning is full blast, super cold if you want...

"The room was small but very clean. Loved that the balcony had a drying rack with clothes pins to hang wet bathing suits. The view was beautiful from 5th floor.
The elevator was very narrow and triggered my claustophobia so i opted for the stairs. The staff was amazing. They were super helpful and professional. The food was ok, but some of the portions were small (but beautifully presented). The only thing we didnt like is this strange rule they had about the pool. You arent allowed in the pool unless you wear a swim cap (which they offer to sell to you). They say they do this for hygiene as they dont want hair in the pool. We thought this was ridiculous and didnt go to the pool. Lots of other guests seem to feel the same as the pool often had only a handful of swimmers in it during our stay. So if you agree to wear the swim cap you will have the pool mostly to yourself. Otherwise just enjoy the beach as we did. My kids enjoyed playing paddle ball and bike riding. There is a restaurant on the beach with food and drinks reasonably priced. "
"Lovely hotel near the beach a few steps away .Private beach sunbeds quite expensive with 20% of still 30 euros a day for 2 beds which you can book for the whole week if you want
Rooms furnished well with all you need kept exceptionally clean by the cleaners
A bit noisey in the morning as dustcarts come quite early we choose a side room in future i will go direct to the hotel re rooms .
Reception staff excellent and the boss couldn't have been more helpful with all my questions she dealt with everything i asked about as my first time to the area
Long promenade that you could walk into Cervia about 20mins or the hotel rented cycles with restaurents and bars on the beach along the way .
Easy to find your way around as streets tended to be grids so easy to find your way to the restaurents in the area which were reasonable priced and we didint have a bad meal all week superb
WE had bed and breakfast and if you cant find something you like to eat then must be beyond fussy as catered for everyone nothing to much trouble
Will definately go there again
Thank you for a lovely hotel "
