Outdated and not like advertised photos. Staff overcharged for parking and were rude, hostile and threatening and personally attacked when we left our first Expedia review. Very disappointed that a standard review on check in identified us and resulted in us being harassed and threatened by owner. The most unprofessional and worst hotel experience in 30 years of travel.

We booked by mistake as we were 4 hours away and had NO transportation. Trying to notify you within an hour that we were unable to keep this appointment was nearly impossible. Then most disappointing that in one place it stated free cancelation, in another it stated one day would automatically be charged. We did get the message that my card would be charged $83. We'll NOT be back

One night stay.

We enjoyed our one night stay at Kent Hotel. The place is located about 15 min f of the Safari and Amusement park. The hotwas steps away from the beach. The room was newly renovated and bigger than I thought it would be. Breakfast was decent. Parking is an issue though. Plan accordingly.

Disappointing for the rating it has

Pros: The reception arrangement, little nice pool, garden landscape
Cons: Reception staff attitude to start with! Unrealistic description of the suite size. And some more.
Location: 600 ft to the beach, TripAdvisor best restaurant 600ft away, butterfly museum for kids 2 miles away.
Hotel is not bad, but room size advertised as Junior Suite is really a one small bedroom. At their standard, where a room for four, where even children are considered adults and have to pay as such, we got a small sofa bed and a queen size bed. Will this fit 4?! Not at all! When I asked if I can car park in the empty hotel parking lot in front of the hotel very late at night, I was told "No Way". Only on the street, where of course there was no place. First morning I asked what was the beach policy for using the beach, beach chairs and umbrellas. I was given a lesson right away: "if you would of reserve your room directly though the hotel, you would get it for free, but since you got your room by an agency( Expedia to be precise) you are on your own". There are pluses worth mentioning, such: nice and warm little swimming pool, nicely decorated and lighted garden and reception area, closeness to the beach. As pricey as they where, rooms are far from acceptable as size and warmth. Breakfast food was always the same, not bad, but poor selection. Face of the clerk at the reception desk when we first arrived at middle of the night( at that time was the plane arriving, nothing we could do about it), was " what are you doing at this hour here to disturb my work?!

One of the most pleasant staying in hotel of this type ever ! Surprisingly good in compare to not so shining neighbourhood.

Pros: very cheap, good service, good accomodation
Location: Milano Maritima is a place for trendy people. good food, nice shops etc. No noisy or cheap folks.
I was looking for a not to expensive hotel while visiting the Bologna Show. As we had a car we could easily fled the expensive hotels during the trade shows. The only criteria was the four star minimum abd we were caught by surprise by this very good hotel, almost AT the beach in a very nice town.

Personnel désagréable, on ne peut pas sortir la voiture du parking quand on veut, il faut prevenir la reception 20 mins avant parce que les voitures sont entassés les unes derrière les autres dans le parking a 15euros la nuit... autant se stationner dehors au cas ou il y a une urgence. On n'a pas le droit a un deuxième café au petit dejeuner.... alors que c'est censé etre un buffet volonté. On est pas sur un service 4 etoiles. Et Mary la réceptionniste qui parait gentille au debut, vous prend de haut. Et il faut payer la totalité de chambre des l'arrivée, et cest demandé tres désagréablement. Plus jamais.
