"We enjoyed our stay. Things to see were not as walkable and we had to take Uber often but not a problem. We liked having a small kitchen to have dinners."

"Before we even got through the front gate the bell was out of order and you had to phone to gain access. It took 3 calls before we got through The room was very noisy in the evening and the balcony chairs plastic When we had tea on the main bars patio/balcony the receptionist closed the door and we were left locked out There wasn’t even an egg cup in our superior room Enough said "

"I liked that it was quietand the viw was really good. It was clean, I think ir needs a little TLC. Mind that there ia no elevator in the appartments. We ate at the cafereria and food was okay, a little pricey for the quality. "

"It is a good place to stay if you are in for a few weeks. The kitchen is good if you are doing simple cooking. On the other hand cooking involving boiling frying causes water to condensate as the air is humid as well. It is close enough to amenities. You need to be able to walk reasonably well. "

"Hotel was very nice, great area & excellent facilities to make the most of during the stay, however for a 4 star hotel I was very disappointed with the “All Inclusive” option as the food was pretty poor. Same food 2 days running as options, overly salted & cooked which wasn’t great. We ended up not eating in the hotel our last night as we actually wanted something that was filling & to be honest edible. "We had an amazing stay. From the beautiful property to the help at the frontt desk, everything was perfect. Beautiful property and plenty of room in the apartment. Loved the balcony. One of the best features was at the end....We were not scheduled to leave the city until late in the afternoon, but they held our luggage and provided towels for the pool. Most other places will kick you out at 11, but they welcomed the extra stay and made you feel at home. "

"Porto Bay Falesia is a beautiful property is a great location for accessing various areas of The Algarve. Our stay involved only one issue (Rm 296) with a leak from the A/C which was a fall risk concern. Maintenance staff quickly assessed and left, and we were offered another room but it was 8 pm and weren't prepared to relocate at that time. The carpet was dry the next day but didn't allow us to turn on the A/C. Otherwise, the stay was perfect!"
