Good, comfortable apartments with all you need in the kitchen. best for big family at ski season.

Although the location was beautiful and the apartment nice, we were very disappointed by the way the employees behaved when « welcoming » us. They were not able (or willing?) to speak anything but Slovenian: no problem, we tried to communicate anyway. But we have to say « tried » because everytime we talked to them they either were lazy, extremely rude (huffing and puffing, mocking us...) or EVEN ran away from us(!!). We don’t like to post negative comments but this made us feel so uncomfortable during our stay... We also had a problem with WiFi (which was eventually solved) and some of the bedsheets smelled a bit like cigarettes. Otherwise the landview is amazing and employees at Hotel Cerkno (where one proceeds to check-in) were very kind.
