No Air conditioning, Bathroom outdated and not really clean. Car park noisy with repeating alarm when someone or something got close to the adjacent restaurant warning people to say way from the area. Staff efecient and friendly.

Good budget hotel

My experience was fine here, good check in and the room was good condition. For three adults with luggage it was a small room but we wanted budget and this hotel provides that.

The hotel is close proximity to a train station. It has free parking at the hotel. It is located adjacent to an Indian restaurant. It was not noisy like on my previous stay in 2018. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The staff at the reception was kind, helpful and able to provide me a fan as I requested since there is no air conditioning in the room. On a negative note, the bed frame was very dusty. The hangers were also very dusty so I could not use them. There was dust and dirt when you open the window. I was there for an overnight stay because it was nearby my family but my daughter could not sleep well since she is allergic to dust and kept sne The staff at work the reception was able to provide me a fan as I requested since there is no air conditioning in the room. ezing throughout the night. The floor was not cleaned properly, you could see some stains and a dead moth on the floor The improvements the hotel need are on cleanliness and refurbishment of the rooms. The mirror had some visible glue on the sides, they need to replace it with a new mirror, need of a toilet holder in the bathroom. The soap dispenser is at the wrong place since it is both used for hand and body washing. it is behind the curtain facing your back . It should be on the wall next to the mirror in front of you and above the sink. They should provide tissues, bath sheets instead of bath towels, a bin in the bedroom. The remote TV was not working.

Dreadful

The room booked as wheelchair accessible was on the second floor with no lift. Mattresses were leant against the corridor walls for the duration of our stay. Cigarette ends were found in the room. We were not told the door codes changed daily, so we were stuck outside the front door in the evening and had to wait for another guest to let us in. Woken up at 3AM by someone banging on the door looking for his friends in another room, having come in through the open fire escape. Noise kept going for another couple of hours, with something other than tabacco being smoked.

It was ok, the receptionist was very pleasant, I’ve used a lot of these type of hotels, this was ok but the room was very very small. I doubt I’ll stay again, wasn’t really good price without breakfast.
