Way off bus routes
Water damage to ceiling
Overcharged due to Olympics but yet when noted they were not sold out did not offer that day room rate being offered to others
Front desk guy only positive - very pleasant

The price is right
Posted 24 Dec 2019 on HotelsOur stay at the hotel was fine, The room was clean, the receptionist was helpful. Our only complaint is. We understood breakfast was included in the on price, On arrival we were asked if we wanted breakfast there would be an extra charge.
Breakfast itself was fine though the seating was uncomfortable. probably designed to get you out of the way quickly, No hanging on.
No doubt if we were passing with a day or two spare, we would stay at the B&B Hôtel Cergy Saint-Christophe again.
