For the price , it's good . Room was clean and quiet. Reception is on !st floor , so don't have a huge bag. No restaurant , but food nearby. Staff try hard .

We have Restaurant inside the Hotel which offers a variety of dishes; the hours of operation are from Monday to Saturday from 7 am to 10:30 pm and on Sundays from 7 am to 1 pm. The staff is particularly friendly and helpful, and they speak very good English. The quality to price ratio is also very good. This is the second time I have stayed at the Panamericano and I will be returning for sure.

We just needed something for a short night’s stay, close-ish to the bus station. The pillows were very thin, the mattresses had vinyl covers on them, and the towels were pretty skimpy. The included breakfast was ok once we’d figured out to order at one window in the lobby, and wait for it to be delivered to the dining area. The morning front desk person was very helpful with figuring out bus companies and schedules and ordering a taxi for us, despite our poor Spanish and his poor English.

Overnight stay

Central, not bad for most things

Dear, thank your for your comment about your experience en our hotel. About rate, I think is Ok because in other hotels the rate is more higher than us. But it wasn't for you. Sorry for that. On the other hand, you can go out in the night, if you want. Other guest do it. I don't know what happen with that. The location is not too bad for that. We apologize for your bad experience.

Loud loud loud. The hotel staff does not consider reducing noise for comfort. You hear them talking all night and banging things around.

Overpriced hotel near Central Lima
Posted 28 Nov 2016 on HotelsIt is not in a very safe neighborhood, particularly at night. The lady at the small hotel store was particularly helpful. I think this place is overpriced.
