Great location for getting around Chiclayo, and a fine restaurant on the main floor

The hotel claims not to have received any payment, however I have a charge of $ 70 in my credit card.

Pros: PROFESSIONAL STAFF SERVICE. DOESN'T MATTER IF THEY ARE INFO DESK, MAIDS, DOOR BELLS OR RESTAURANT WORKERS.
Cons: JUST KEEP DOING THE SAQME KIND OF SERVICE TO GUESTS
Location: ON THIS CITY ALL THE PLACES ARE CLOSE BY, NO REASON TO GET LOSE
I FEEL SO COMFORTABLE AND HAPPY TO STAYS IN THIS HOTEL. REASON WHY I ALWAYS BOOKED.

Pros: Staff, cleanliness and general services
Cons: Just keep doing same kind of job. Be please and brings always your courtesy to customers, as I always got.
Location: Perfect place and closed to all business and restaurants.
I never have any kind of problems staying here. Reason I always like to book it.

Posted 13 May 2014 on HotelsSince I have stayed in this hotel last week, the review is fresh and jotting down what i had experienced. The Hotel is not worth the price they quote as the rooms are hardly for one people to move and old tiring furnitures. No matter at what price you book this hotel, the manager will charge the regular price of the room and cheat you with including taxes etc. whatever possible which may not be applicable for foreigners like us. There are many good hotels in the proximity at lower this price, so please don't book if you want to avoid conflict and a horrible experience. The manager is quite rude and the reception staffs have to follow what he says although he is wrong. The reception staff don't understand english at all. I promised never to return for a stay at this hotel ever. Worst experience in my entire travel of Latin America. If anyone doubt, you could write to me directly for feedback.
