"We absolutely loved the apartment itself - layout, size, bed and amenities, but felt the staff was VERY unprofessional. The attendant of reception was rude, balcony furniture was in the hall and not on the balcony, and the room was not cleaned or attended to for the duration of our stay. "The property and service offered by the owner was excellent and personalised. By far, the cleanest apartment we have ever stayed at. It was also self-contained, which meant we had the utensils to cook, clean and do our laundry. And all of this was just a relatively short walk away from the foreshore. "We were there end of august 2024 and we had a wonderful week at Bote Farms. The villa is super cozy and comfortable. It was great to be so close to nature . The farm is 10 min away from Sarandë in a calm setting but close enough to get to the beaches, restaurants and everything else. Kyle, Shawn and all the staff were the kindest. If you are looking to rest and enjoy a calm and relaxing environment, Bote Farms is the place to go."
