"Very nice view over the city and is one of the best places to sit and watch the lights of Addis. The room was functional and the water in the shower was hot which is a very welcome thing. The room was a little noisy as the balcony door was not sound proof so the stray dogs barked all night and there was no way to reduce the sound. The room was clean and had lots of space. There is an amazing Spa in the building which is well-recommended."

"Hotels.com were absolutely the worst company i have dealt in over 30 years.On the day of reservation total value for 4 rooms was taken from my credit card but Hotel.com did not even inform the Hotel Panorama.My clients had to wait for 7 hours in the Lobby and eventually were not given their rooms.This the absolutely unacceptable behaviour on part of such a big organisation.We are expecting a gesture of compensation but nothing has come so far."
