No hot water suddenly while I am showering. I am nearly getting sick. Some power issue due to power testing maintenance. But hotel fix this problem later and upgrade my room as compensation. One service manager is amazing at solving problem. But some front desk people are poor at listening customers’ requests.

Fantastic Property and nice safe location with walkable distance to Century City Mall. Will definitely stay again in LA.

Beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff helped stay be perfect!

it was super unclear pricing wise, even the front desk agreed that there are tons of hidden fees. just be honest about the cost, it will only benefit you. i much rather stay at the hilton, cheaper price, same cleanliness, same bedroom size. it was just not as exciting or worth it as i thought a 5 star hotel would be.

We have stayed at the hotel several times and always enjoyed our room. This time however we were given an ADA room with a shower curtain which wasn’t ideal. Next time I’ll be sure to ask. The shower experience is normally a wonderful part of the stay.
