Nice waterfront Hotel breakfast is excellent room and furniture are dated and pull out sofa bed is getting old and very sagging. But staff are friendly and overall are great. The location is beautiful. I enjoyed staying here just wish the furniture could be better.

The staff and front desk personell were excellent all around. Everyone was kind, helpful, and offered advice on various questions any tourists would have…with a smile. Our room was clean and perfect, entertainment options were nice, and the daily included breakfast…the biggest selection we have ever seen and the food quality was outstanding.

Nice location, ok breakfast, spacious rooms, good service! Just one thing needs to be done to get more stars 'gym has to be updated with modern equipment. Todays gym looks like a small storage compartment and not a gym!

Parking expensive, electric chargers not working which is working they are occupied for over 20 hrs just one car even it’s been charged already but no control over that in fact these surrounding controls consider to go electric but how ! That’s questionable anyways about hotel I got the email to upgrade room from family room to suite I did update and paid extra and when I reach to the hotel they given me same room which i paid already for :) so basically charged 800 sek extra for nothing :) anyways I wouldn’t go again to this hotel, surrounding is good nice and long walk around the hotel, happy new year

Det var jättefint hotell. Rum är stort och fint. På frukost finns allt som man vill äta. Det blev min favorit hotell i min framtid besök.

Trevligt hotel som vi bott på tidigare. Frukosten är toppenbra, personalen trevlig och effektivt och utsikten är jättevacker över hamnen & Älvsborgsbron. Bra familjehotell med aktiviteter för barn & bra barnmeny i restaurangen. Läget lite off från centrum men lätt att parkera bilen & ta spårvagn. Maten i restaurangen skiftar i kvalité första kvällen inte så bra, men kväll 2 och 3 mycket bättre - annan kock 🤔 Gällde även barnmenyn, fisken som serverades första kvällen var kall inuti och fick skickas tillbaka till köket - trist.. Vi återkommer nog när vi har vägarna förbi.
