-Clean room, helpful sttaff. Be prepared to share personal details upon check-in, which other places in sweden travelled to did not require!

Great stay but...
Posted 13 Apr 2022 on HotelsExcellent location, easy check-in, comfortable and well-equipped apartments. The only downside for the price is the issue of cleaning. During a 9 night stay the apartment wasn't cleaned once. That wouldn't bother me, but there was no cleaning equipment provided, like mop and bucket, sweeping brush etc, so I couldn't clean it either. Having 2 very sick dogs with me at the time I really could have used a change of bedding halfway through. I know you can pay extra for cleaning every 3 days, but really......9 days with no cleaning at all? Otherwise I can't fault the place. Everything else about it was very good.

Hi! Thank you for the review. After 7 nights there is a cleaning scheduled. You could also add an additional set of bedlinens (& towels) in order to change it yourself. There is also a vacuum to borrow, please call to our customer service and we can let you into the storage room.
