I like the location of this property , but it does need a major overhaul . They are working on some things but it needs major work and when the workers are working they should clean up the mess daily !

Property and rooms were not as advertised. Amenities were not as advertised. Construction was going on that blocked part of the entrance. Bar area was closed and poolside chairs were falling apart. Room had stains on the floors, walls and couch. Restroom toilet broke twice in the 12 hours we stayed before cancelling our stay.

PDM is convenient to Centro and has a nice pool with a bar and restaurant but I've stayed here many times and do not see improvements. Simple things like a toilet seat that fits, not enough towels and showers that need attention. We soaked our shower head in a bag of vinegar to get it to spray. Just keep the small things up to date and the place is worth the good price.

I stayed here 10/26/24 for three nights. If I had to stay longer I would have looked for another hotel on the island to move to. Hotel did not list that it was under construction when I booked. Very poor conditions, with paint coming off walls everywhere, lighting in room and halls missing hubs and very dark. My bathroom had black mold spots and dirty shower curtain and shower drain wouldn’t drain properly. I had to turn off shower three times to wait for it drain water while showering. Could be a nice property again, but not right now for sure!!!

Nice and large rooms. A lot of dirt around. The water was off on one of the nights. In the second day there was no hot water. All the items in the frigider got frozen. The stuff was amazing and help us with everything we asked.
