"Great location, wonderful bed and bedding but there was no coffee in room and it's nearly impossible to get good coffee anywhere in the neighborhood before 7 a.m. or late at night. Maybe even a self serve coffee machine in the lobby? I admit to being a coffee addict but this alone will keep me from returning to this hotel."

"The hotel is in a very good location and very walkable to almost everything. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was cleaned daily. The hotel itself is a little outdated. So, if you're looking for fancy this is not the place for you. The toilet and sink could use replacements. The also required the submission of your ID for what should be standard: iron, AC remote, etc. I would stay again. The good outweigh the bad."

"I have no complaints about this hotel, very centrally located, clean, updated, very friendly to international travelers. Check in desk was english friendly (and friendly overall), check in process was easy, when I got to the room it was spotless. I've seen reviews about the noise on the street facing side, I was on the backside and didn't hear a peep during my stay. When it comes to the room itself, I have no complaints, very spacious, updated and clean. There is a water purification system in the lobby and they provide two bottles of water upon arrival that you can reuse / refill as needed. Surrounding area has so much going on, I walked to most of the places I wanted to visit, miscellaneous bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants and bars and was never more than a 10 minute uber from anywhere else I wanted to go. Great property, very helpful staff and I would definitely re-book if traveling to Mexico City again"
