Tony was great- personable, dedicated- a real problem solver. Location is great- near several hiistorical sites anbd a short walk to the Parque and Inglaterra. No hassles about bringing friends to your room.

It was great to spend 15 days from January 17th to January 31st at Lealtad 407 Yani in Centro Havana Cuba. The Hotel was a great one. Tony and Yani were good people to me and to my 7year-old Son. They were very kind. The room was cleaned. Internet ok. Havana is a nice place to visit and when you visit it with Lealtad 407 Yani in Centro Havana, you won’t regret your staying. I had visited a lot of touristic sites in Centro Havana and Havana Vieja. They are close to Lealtad 407 Yani. I didn’t spend too much for the hotel and for my visiting sites. Come and enjoy your time too!

Yani et Tony, très bien situés dans le centre, font tout pour que le séjour se passe bien malgré les difficultés d'approvisionnement du pays. Yani cultive un grand jardin et propose des fruits qu'elle produit au petit-déjeuner. Ils vous trouveront une carte Sim de Cuba et le change à moindre coût, et ont un réseau d'amis taxis et de chambres chez l'habitant dans le reste de l'île à qui ils se feront un plaisir de téléphoner pour vous.

Tony and his family extended to me hospitality and generosity like i have never encountered, extremely helpful and caring and did everything possible to make my stay as memorable as possible. Incredible family, i would absolutely reccommend to anybody visiting Havana. Amazing breakfasts prepared by his wife, and such a nice atmosphere, spent my evenings on the rooftop with Tony enjoying a nice cuban cigar and cognac. They made my trip.

Je tiens a remercier Mr et Mme Yani pour les conseils, leurs sourire, ils étaient toujours là pour moi quelques soient mes besoins. C'était pour la première fois j'ai visité Cuba ensuite j'étais seul grâce à Mr Tony et Mme Yani Qui me donnent leurs temps pour visiter avec moi. Vas-y chez eux vous allez découvrir vous même. Chez eux il n'y a pas de la peur vous êtes en sécurité.

Yani, Tony y Anthony nos han recibido en su casa con los brazos abiertos. Nos han preparado comida casera buenísima, compartido la vida del cubano y mostrado todo lo que estaba en su mano para ayudarnos en este viaje inolvidable. Nos hemos sentido como en casa y en familia. En confianza! Muy buena localización para ir caminando a cualquier lugar sintiéndote seguro en todo momento. Cualquier cosa que necesitábamos Yani estaba ahí dispuesta a conseguirlo. Muchas gracias de corazón!

This place is in a residential area not far to walk to the old quarter. Within a few blocks the side street is pedestrian only all the way to the main tourist sites. I walked in the evening with no troubles at all. Yani and Toni are lovely and will do anything they can to make your time in Cuba smooth and easy. The room has a shared bathroom and some shared areas such as kitchen, sitting area but mostly it was quite private. The room had towels, a tv, aircon, a small fridge and wifi included, although wifi in cuba is slow and spotty. The main draw here is the people. It’s definitely recommend that you stay here especially if it’s your first visit and the beginning of your trip.

De las mejores experiencias que he tenido. Las personas en la casa fueron hospitalarias y solidarias conmigo. Me guiaron y ayudaron en todo lo que necesité e incluso más. la casa está muy bien ubicada, cerca a los mejores lugares de la ciudad. Y el precio es increíble.
