My stay at the Casa Eclectica was amazing! Beautiful lobby and patio. The room and bathroom were equipped with everything and was very clean. Breakfast was stellar and The staff made you feel like you were family. I truly enjoyed every minute of my stay. Totally recommend staying there !!

Hola CelinaMuchas gracias por dejar su comentario por lo que estamos contentos que halla pasado unos dias a gusto en nuestra casa.Con respecto a su opinion con el desayuno quisieramos explicarle que 10 euros para los precios elevados que lamentablemente se encuentra en nuestro pais debido al bloqueo que tenemos con Estados Unidos con los productos alimenticios no esta tan caro a pesar que muchas cosas tenemos que importarla como por ejemplo la mantequilla que seria para usted una cosa sencilla pero para nosotros que queremos y deseamos de todo corazon darle un servicio exelente a todos nuestros clientes aunque practicamente la ganacia sea infima es realmente una odisea preparar un desayuno en nuestro pais.Nuestro desayuno consta. Pan , Mantequilla,leche y cafe, ensalada de frutas naturales, jugo de frutas,huevos que pueden ser a la opcion con agregos si lo solicita de te y miel.Lamentamos muy profundamente que esta oferta tan generosa por 10 Euros o dolares le paresca cara.Siempre estaremos con las puertas de nuestra casa abiertas para usted para cuando quiera regresar nuevamante.Atentamante Jose Antonio.

Posted 15 Aug 2023 on HotelsThis is a great place to spend a week or more. It's centrally located in Havana with several means of transportation and/or relatively short walking distances.
Jose A and his wife are delightful, caring, charming and knowledgeable individuals. They cater to your needs and are simply accommodating and gracious. They have a great sense of humor. They made my stay pleasant, rich and rewarding on so many levels.
Great environment with lots of space. You will feel welcomed and comfortable there. Come and enjoy Cuba with them. I hope to return again and make this my homebase while touring the country. Sometimes you really meet your guardian angels or friends. Indeed l have met some new friends for life.

Great little casa, centrally located, reasonably priced, comfortable and clean. Our host, Jose Antonio, was helpful at all times and always available with good advice and local knowledge. Communication from our host was always good, so we felt comfortable throughout. He helped us arrange things like airport transfers, money exchange, and dinner reservations, which made life easier for us, as our Spanish is very basic. We're a couple, and this casa was perfect for us, but it would also suit an individual or small group of friends. Would highly recommend!

Pero lo más sensacional fue que compartieron con nuestra familia y amistades en mi aniversario de cumpleaños como parte de mi familia y amistades. We sadly only had one night in Havana but loved staying at Casa Eclética. I will certainly stay here next time I come to Havana. Jose was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I am lucky to speak Spanish and loved hearing about his family history and his insights into Havana. He was also super helpful arranging our transport to the airport and even woke up at 4am to make us coffee before we headed out!

Great location, on a very interesting street, hosts were very nice and provided coffee every morning. The property was clean and unique. Air conditioning was a little noisy but effective. Wasn't on a quiet street, but was very cool to sit on the balcony and watch the street.

The host and staff were outstanding! Upon check-in we were greeted with the most delicious fresh juice I’ve ever tasted. And Jose went out of his way to exchange money for us right there on the spot (at a better rate than the banks). This was extremely helpful as we’d just arrived in the country. Each morning on the communal balcony we had by far the best breakfasts of our trip, and to be honest we’re still talking about them. We can’t wait to go back!

If you want to have a real touch of Havana, then you have to stop to Casa Eclectica. Jose' and his wife are a perfect and sublime host, and they will take care of you in everything you need. I spent 3 days with them and I have to thank them for all the assistance they provided. You can enjoy a delicious breakfast on the terrace and listen to Jose's stories. He will help you in providing all the info for moving around the city and organize all your transfers. I was lucky to find this place.
