The property was in a nice location accessible to all amenities except for some condition of the furnitures, it is not what I was expecting for a four star hotel, bed frames needs changing, they were already reaped but they still kept it for use such a shame but overall most of the staff were accommodating and helpful.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times during my visits to Nice. It consistently offers great value for money, and the staff are always friendly and courteous. I’m definitely planning to return in 2025.

The staff are helpful. The toilet and bathroom were clean but the room is too squishy, and the bed frames needs changing. Also we’re a family of four but we were only allowed 3 to have WiFi access. My stay with them is neither good nor bad.

The place and the hotel is ok, soundproof, and had a good sleep. The down side is that i have booked a deluxe room, and ive been given a small basic room with no balcony no extras in it as it was said in my booking.once i asked in the reception i was lied in the face that i haven’t book a deluxe. I had to check with expedia customer support,and the confirmed that my room should be a deluxe.they tried several time to sort the problem with the hotel but nothing.happened.luckily i stayed for a short time,even tho i have to spend time now and take it forward. Im definitely disappointed and didn’t got a holiday i paid for.i believe they do scam
People with pictures and sell something completely different.once u ask they lie and say they can do nothing because they fully booked.

We were very happy with the staff, especially those at the reception desk. We met four of them over the nine days that we stayed.
This hotel is an excellent kicking off place to many of the locations up and down the Côte d’Azur.
We were offered an upgrade in our room yet we were pleased with the quiet nature of the rear facing option vs the busy street view. Our choice.
The cleaning staff, we had every second day and they reset the room properly and very much to our satisfaction.
We were greeted on our entrance and exit from the hotel every day, this was exceptional for a longer stay.
The hotel is close to any forms of transportation, yet walkable within the district or into the main attractions of Nice.
We would certainly recommend and return to this location. The rooms were quiet and we heard no one else during our stay.
