The property was very quaint but you need new cleaning staff and an attendant that is actually in the office. Also, doing away with the shady activity going on would help tremendously. We didn’t feel comfortable leaving our motorcycles outside.

The cabin is set up more like a camp ground. You have to walk to the toilet and/or shower. No TV, the pool was not ready to swim in. Pets are not welcome according to the sign on the office window.
However, the cabin was clean, the toilet was clean, the shower could have done for a quick clean. The staff were excellent (especially the gentleman at the check in/out desk.) God knew that I would appreciate my home luxuries (adjustable bed, TV, game console, etc.) by doing without for a few days. It was my mistake to stay in the cabin instead of a room. But it was worked out well for me.

Great staff, old school style, and old school beds that need to be replaced. That mattress bounced so much you'd think you were on a water bed.

Very sorry to read this. We show drone shots of the lake to how close we are to it? Maybe a 2 minute drive or 5 minute walk. We take cleanliness very seriously as it is one of the few things completely in our control so be assured your comments will be addressed and we will improve. We did check and found no insects, but we will continue to be diligent about this. Again, our apologies.
