We like the view and the price, but its not as clean as it used to be. We've been there several times over the years.

Room had a bad smell and staff was not very helpful

Thank you for leaving the review, i will make sure the room smell is taken care off. I’m not sure what’s you found “not helpful “. You checked in with prepaid reservation from your company therefore your information was required to be filled in the form given. You asked if everything is required and were politely told yes. You again asked if you needed your car license number again you were politely told yes sir. You were given the room key with good day greetings. I don’t remember you asking for any help that was denied or not taken care off.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a little small for someone older. There was a great view of the lake, and the stay was good.
