The only issue is the room light, the room light is dim

I booked a club room to have access to the club on 28F… which sadly doesn’t open any more in the morning, about the only time I would be able to enjoy it. This is disappointing and probably should have been communicated earlier, I might have made a different choice.

Love everything about this hotel & will definitely look at other JEN options when we travel due to the wonderful experience we had. They have all the amenities for the room and the shower was amazing. All the staff have been super helpful and friendly, especially Wai, who helped easy our stress of our flight getting canceled due to typhoon and rebooked at a time when the metro isn’t available. I also like the hotel doing their best to stay environmental friendly, such as providing water filter system in the room. It’s located half block from the metro and lots of food options near by.
