"Location is great for travellers who’ll take the Shinkansen for the next journey of their trip. Having a konbini with a currency exchange machine is very convenient. The staff responded to our inquiries and requests at a timely manner. Property is well-maintained. The pics in Mimaru’s website show a good representation of the suites we booked."

"The staff at the hotel made all the difference, space was smaller then anticipated and the rooms weren’t the cleanest the sheets had stains on them, but the staff made up for everything they were super helpful and always willing to lend a hand! The location was also great, it was walkable distance to everything but it was also in a nice quiet place away from all the hussle and bussle at night. "

HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU, A PARKROYAL Hotel

"Hotel Groove right in the heart of Shinjuku which is colorful, a bit touristy and raucous, but the hotel is upscale and quiet once you’re inside which was a welcome respite. The views from the tower’s high floors were stunning and the breakfast buffet was incredible (as were the bar’s cocktails at night). For three adults looking to explore Tokyo, esp at night, this was an ideal launch pad. "
