Staff are so welcoming and lovely. Room and bathroom are squeaky clean! Good location, just across the station.

The hotel is very clean and so close to the Train station of Milan, very convenient if you are travelling by train, the breakfast buffet have an awesome selections of food, this is by far 1 of the best hotel I’d stayed in Italy.
