This hotel is amazing, the staff were so friendly and willing to help with anything. The free antipasti and free drinks and minibar is incredible! You rarely find any hotel which offers that to guests anymore so it was a real treat. Rooms were quiet and very clean. Will definitely stay here again if in Milan!

It was probably the best hotel experience. My girlfriend is on a wheelchair, the receptionist Emanuele noticed it from the camera and sent someone to come immediately and help. They provide compliment drinks and food. All the stuffs were very helpful, the place was clean. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great location between Milano Centrale train station and the center of town. Beautiful newly remodeled rooms with generous amenities. Breakfast offerings were delicious and fresh. Woukd definitley return. Five stars.

My rating would be 5 until last day, when their taxi service changed me half price for the service they have not done. They offered me to use their taxi to get to airport in early morning, so I agreed. But my flight got canceled and I called 3 hours before scheduled time, and man at the front desk told me that he will get cancel taxi. When I was checking out, they told me that I have to pay 75$ because I cancelled it too late.Do u consider 3 hours before too late?! If you guys told me at front that there is going to be cancellation fee, I would never use your transportation. Terrible service, I feel like I got scammed for money. I would not recommend your hotel. And I am disputing that charge with my bank

Wonderful boutique hotel with great services and amenities!
Very comfortable beds with great pillow selection.
All-day drinks coffee and snacks is nice added feature.
Lots local and close to train station and Duomo.
Best value for money when traveling through Milan

Excellent stay, 10/10, we stayed in two junior suites. Both extremely clean, beds comfortable. Complimentary mini bar and snacks available throughout our stay free of charge. Hotel only a few months old so spotless. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good location about 10 walk to Milan centrale train station or 5 minutes to a metro station. Stayed as a family, had a great time. Really enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again. Thanks so much.
