I had the best experience here
5 star for they go above and beyond to make you feel like home they even gave me a flower bath complementary ! I love it here

Poor staff service, not clean, aircon not working properly and location not very convenient.

Regards to the location, we are in Seminyak street, so out of the villa you are able to explore many things until the Legian street and we able to provide a map for your direction actually.

4 Night Stay
Posted 12 Jul 2017 on HotelsWas a nice stay, quite a lovely place. Love the location. The pool fountain very noisy, we asked for it to be off a lot. Cleanliness not the best. Floor already needed a mop when we first got there, toilet floor needed cleaning, coffee spillage marks all over kitchen floor, table at the outside lounge had coffee marks and all this was there our whole stay. They never wiped the lounge table or mopped. The kitchen table was never cleaned before laying out for brekky, they never replaced coffee pods unless we asked and still forgot. We were glad brekky was included, would never pay. American brekky very small, pancakes with strawberries was strawberry jam and choc sprinkles. Very disappointing food so we never ordered room service. Was ok, could be so much better.
