"All the staff were very helpful and friendly to me, from the receptionists to the restaurant staff. I am very grateful to them. The room was exactly what I wanted and comfortable. The location was near to several famous places in the city: the Bell and Drum Towers, the city walls and southern gatehouse, Huimin Jie. And the price was great!"

"Was not greeted nicely upon check-in and check-outs ; when i ask the service manager for shopping guides & things to do nearby, he replied with "I don't know". Even after i suggested him to BAIDU (google) about such, he remained nonchalent"

"Not in city centre but is fairly convenient to get taxi (about 20rmb) to Xian train station and city centre. Leave an hour journey by taxi if need to go to the airport. Super convenient to access to supermarket, KFC, bubble tea and other eateries as is just next to the service apartments"
