Parking is a hassle, wish hotel would allow you to prepay without having to learn how their app works. No close or convenient lots.

Staff is amazing and access to the AirPort Express train at the National Theater station is very convenient

There is very low light in the bathroom...needs to be double. Also there was strong perfume smell in halls that I and many are allergic to
