Fantastic Stay for Convention in Area
Posted 6 Aug 2024 on HotelsThis is our second time staying at the Residence Inn Oklahoma City Northwest for our July convention, and it’s been fantastic both times! The staff are super friendly, the breakfast is great, and the room layout is wonderful. We especially love the small kitchen area. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed. Called to confirm online booking. Gentleman on the phone was rude and not helpful. He put me on hole twice for several minutes and then proceeded to tell me that he would not be able to accommodate the our booking and when i asked wow we go about receiving a refund he would give vague answers about how he would need to ask his manager about that. I sent a message to them hopefully to revolve the issue with management. Have not heard back and have no received refund. Very very upset and am turned away from all Marriotts in future.

Nice and quiet. Good price, nice location, friendly front desk. Was miffed a bit by the breakfast being totally gone by 9 am. A little early in my opinion, especially for people on vacation. Seems like they saved it for the workers as several walked to the kitchen a few minutes after 9. We ended up at Hatch which was phenomenal, so whatevs.
