Everything at the building was good but, didn’t like staying at the first floor rooms, too much going on on the hallways and not as quiet as being at the top floor rooms.

I was in town on business. It was fairly close to where I was working. The staff was warm and welcoming. The parking area had enough area. The room was clean and breakfast was done well. Was close to several restaurants. Overall was a good experience.

Didn’t like hotel conditions or morning staff, morning of departure as she stated she didn’t care about my room concerns as the whole hotel was falling apart.

Would love to have had an opportunity for late check out as check out was noon and my flight out of OKC was at 530, due to no late check out I had to sit at the airport for hours before. I was offered to pay for another day if I wanted late check out, ridiculous! Also needs to provide more amenities in the room. Other than that perfect stay. Rooms clean beds comfortable

Loved the location and the facility was very nice. The room was beautiful and clean but the best was uncomfortable and the hallway was loud.

We chose the Fairfield Inn near the OKC airport because it offered roundtrip airport shuttle service. The rates were reasonable for a last minute change of plans in our itinerary. Our check-out and flight would occur before we could take advantage of the complimentary breakfast which was a nice draw. The check-in staff was courteous. The facilities and the room was clean. Our only complaint is the thin walls separating one room to another. We heard noises from next door room down to the snoring at 2:00 am. If you a deep sleeper than this is not a showstopper.
