professional staff, very helpful and courteous. Very nice hotel, spacious, and the bed is perfect for me (not too soft, not too hard).

The older bald man at the counter is rude and lazy. I also reported that the couple next to our room were fighting all night and banging on walls and yelling. Was not able to sleep all night, felt unsafe, called the desk and they told me that someone would go and check on it. No one ever did, I was also told that I would get a small credit on my room, never saw that credit. For this hotel to be a Hilton I expected a better stay. I have always stayed at more affordable hotels with better service. This is the first time that I stayed at a Hilton . Will never stay in one again . Sadly yo say that one person ruins it for all. You should not have someone working there is that unhappy to be there. The bartenders at the bar were also rude and didn’t look happy to be there.
