Had a reservation for two queen beds and they gave us a king said the didn’t have any which the did cause we saw them with the doors open already cleaned??

We are sorry you were disappointed with your accommodations. We do our best to accommodate our guest requests. We are currently housing many families displaced by Hurricane Milton and a majority of the 2 queen rooms are occupied. We also don't leave our guest room doors open, so I'm confused as to how you saw the room type or condition. Again, we are sorry you were disappointed with your room.

The property staff was very friendly. We can try to improve the breakfast and stop using cheap eggs and bacon. Maybe better selection of yougurts
