Went to the front desk to report problems and no one was there. Just a sign that said they were away. We ended up leaving and not staying the night since we didn't not feel comfortable sleeping there. Very disappointed "

We tried to talk to the hotel to get a refund because we could no longer go on the trip and they absolutely refused. "There is never anyone at the desk when you walk in. You have to ring a bell to get someone. The associates are casually dressed so you don’t know if they work there. For the breakfast the coffee machine and the juice were broken. I went to use the coffee machine in the room and the back had all mold in it. I asked for another one and decided to run it with water before I made coffee and a bug came out: I would never stay at a quality in again. "
