Incorrect access code was provided.
Lack of toiletries.
No clothes washing detergent.

Hi Sumita, thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback. Apologies for the code not working upon arrival - with regards to toiletries we put 3x bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in and also a hand soap in the bathroom. The washing detergent and dishwasher tablets are in containers and left under the kitchen sink. As the apartments are self catering, we put these in as part of a welcome pack.Thanks, Amy

Loved the key free access but would have liked an internal lock for the front door to the apartment.
