"Elevator was out during our visit so we’re glad to have a room on the 1st floor. Updated rooms and baths, nicely decorated. (Not a fan of the current remodeling trend for rolling barn doors for bathrooms.) friendly desk staff, easy check in/check out. Will definitely choose to stay here again next time we’re in the area. "

"I stay here regularly when I work on site in Worcester. There are a number of hotels to choose from but I always stay here because it’s convenient, reasonably priced and the staff are amazing. How awesome is it when you walk in after a long day and Jean recognizes you and greets you with the biggest smile? Or when you get to your room and it smells so fresh and clean? Those are the small things that make a difference in my stays when I am traveling and away from my family. Love the gym, coffee in the lobby and shampoo/conditioner/bodywash. Unfortunately, the body wash dispenser was empty today. Can’t really do much to fix when you’re leaving that morning, so would recommend topping them off at specified intervals so this doesn’t happen. Thankfully I had back up soap, so not awful. Just disappointed as I like the scent. "
