Check in was easy, front desk was super helpful w recommendations for nearby restaurants. Breakfast was great! Plenty of parking in the lot, we also could park in the garage. There was a gym which was great. And close to plenty of restaurants and shops. Drivable to scenic parts of UP. Definitely recommend.

No sound proofing between floors
Posted 7 Jul 2024 on HotelsReasonably nice appearance. Breakfast service was mediocre at best. Our stay was ruined by the people in the room above us who continually stomped around their room into the early hours of the morning. Even a complaint to the front desk did not resolve the issue. Given the lack of sound proofing between floors, lighter sleepers should stay away or beg to be placed on the fourth floor. There is also only one small, slow elevator for the whole hotel so those with limited mobility will want to request the first floor.
