unfortunately, my experience didn’t meet expectations. The noise level was very high, both from the surrounding area and within the hotel itself. I could hear conversations and footsteps from adjacent rooms, which made it feel like there was little to no privacy. It felt difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep.
In addition, the housekeeping services were lacking. During my stay, it seemed like there was limited attention to cleaning, as the room wasn't tidied as expected, and basic amenities were not refreshed. This made the stay less comfortable than I had hoped for.
Overall, I expected a more restful and private experience and would suggest improvements in soundproofing and housekeeping to enhance the guest experience.
