I filtered by AC units on Expedia a d this property came up. It was disappointing that during these very hot days, there was no AC. The place felt dirty and no extra sheets or pillows provided. There was only a fitted sheet on beds with a comforter - no flat sheets and not sure how often the comforter/duvet covers were washed. Many of the fitted sheets had tiny holes in them. Just did not feel or look like a luxury rental, particularly since we paid close to $700 a night.

Thanks for your review. Why did you not tell us in advance about the sheet?! Since we asked you if everything was fine and you said perfect. Is sad that you complain on a review and not come to us with the disappointment. If you look clearly by your booking than you will see that we provide fan we don't have any AC. So It not our mistake. Please check next time clearly and if you have any issues go directly to your host they can help you out.

Nice apartment and central in Interlocken. Although it was not too far away it was a pain having to go to a separate location to check in. The check in process was disorganized and slow. Their computers were down.
