"The pool and hot tub weren’t working. The inside hotel area was freezing cold. We tried to turn on the heat on the hallways but it came out cold. Last year we had a good experience this year was a waste of money since we couldn’t leave the room and nothing to do since the pool area was closed. "

"We are Indy residents but stayed here for a family staycation on New Years Eve. We enjoyed our clean comfortable room and the warm indoor pool. Coffee and tea were provided in our room but onsite Starbucks is a plus, too! Check in staff were friendly and celebrating the New Year. It was a fun stay!"

"Every staff member was friendly. Popcorn and pop available during the day. Indoor/outdoor pool and spa was clean. Kickback dinner and breakfast had a lot of selections and everything was good. 3 alcoholic drinks for adults during kickback time. Room was spacious and clean. "

"Check in was wonderful. Quick and easy, had couple issues with room though. Heat was turned off when entering the room for first time, took longer than expected for shower to heat up, and noticed faded out blood spots on sheet. But definitely enjoyed our stay and looking forward to coming back later on, hopefully under warmer conditions though. "
