"We loved the kangaroos who visited at dusk & dawn, as well as the resident kookaburra and tiny birds. The bush views from the back windows were soothing and private. The villa was spacious & well furnished, but being warmed by the open fire was just lovely. "

"It was a nice clean place, with a large space. I only had two concerns: On one of the wooden rails of the stairs wood is being rotted away underneath the paint, leading into the railing to move under my hand. Some of the metal covers was missing in the spa bath. Was a lovely place and very close to town, will be back to stay "

"This property far exceeded our expectations. Historic property with plenty to do onsite. Paddle boats on the lake, electric bikes, playground, indoor heated pool, games, vege garden/ fruit trees to help yourself. The apartment we had slept 4 with good kitchen facilities and living space. Huge bedrooms! Little booklet with a short history of the property was a nice touch.
