Hmmm.......Melinda there must be some confusion - all we have record of is you cancelling a reservation with us for December 3rd and us graciously authorizing a refund through Expedia - if there is something else you wanted to happen please let us know.

They thought of every amenity possible. Great location and neighborhood. Relaxed and plenty of space to chill and enjoy a coffee or tea. Great room and bathroom. Awesome rooftop deck to enjoy city views. Really nice place to stay.

The accommodations were terrific and the hotel staff was excellent. The room was large and very quiet and the bath/ shower area felt luxurious. We especially loved grabbing the coffee on the second floor patio area, sitting in the chairs and relishing the morning breeze...it was a nice way to meet other interesting hotel guest also enjoying the morning.

Room was very nice and comfortable. Parking was tight but we parked off site and hotel covers off site parking which was covered by hotel.

Gorgeous interior room and property design. My stay was great. The area is loud but I slept through most of the night.
