I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed in their standard room and it was huge!! European hotels are usually small this one probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at in Europe. Its in the city center and right outside of it is the cable car city tour bus.

Property was centrally located and overall clean. Reception staff were nice for the most part but a little standoff-ish and not as helpful in some cases. Our room also smelled like smoke which they switched but an upgrade or breakfast included for the inconvenience would have been appreciated.

This is an outstanding hotel right in the heart of Granada, the pool and the terrace are beautiful not to mention the incredible views, if I had one critique it would be the air con, you cannot set it below 18 and it does get very hotel and uncomfortable during the night

Great location in the city centre. The deluxe room was perfect. Best part was the rooftop pool, the views are incredible. Staff were amazing and it was all seamless. Would highly recommend

The hotel Is located in the historical city center, close to the main street where you can find shopping and restaurants. Very close to the cathedral. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast has different options of sweet and savory. The hotel doesn't have a parking, but it's convenient to park at Victoria parking, 2' walk.
