The wait for lift to check out need to be improved as all are full for more than 20 minutes. Labels for shampoo and body wash should be well defined

Location is good however it is a popular location amongst travellers and therefore heavy traffic is expected. Property is relatively clean, but can do better.

Posted 6 May 2024 on HotelsGood location. Room is good.. only issue is the lift keep stopping during checkout timing but nothing owner can do about it. One small issue was the heater in the common toilets does not seems to work.. overall still great..

room is good but there are some problems

But there were some problems.
One of shower couldn't use hot water.
And there were no Shampoo, only body soap.
And I also couldn't find hair dryer,,,
there is auto checkin system so there is no staff at hotel.
A little bit complicated to
check in.
and before check in, we have to transfer the money for deposit to personal account.
I don't know it's illegal or not but worried about at that time.
I chatted to staff these problem but she ignored and didn't replied.
