Friendly and informative staff. Area is safe and within walking distance to notable landmarks, monuments and an easy 30 minutes to Alhambra main entrance.

Excellent hotel. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable (we had the family room). The hotel is well situated in the older section of town, walking distance to charming restaurants and historic sites like the cathedral. We took a taxi to and from the Alhambra, though you could probably walk there in 20 minutes to a half hour.

Parking was several blocks away which doesn’t seem far except when you are pulling large pieces of luggage thru a very busy intersection/neighborhood.

Great staff, very professional, and accommodating. Hotel is off the main avenue of Granada so ALL is close and accessible. Bathroom is BIG compared to other European hotels I have stayed in. However, the décor of the room is extremely outdated, as if your great grandma was living there. But we all love our great grandmother. So if your on a budget... I would highly recommend, specially because of the AMAZING staff.

Nice hotel, just a couple of minutes away from the cathedral, less than half an hour walk to the Alhambra. Staff was very friendly too.
