Beautiful boutique hotel that has more services than most 5 star hotels. The staff were excellent and the hotel itself was beautiful. We got upgraded to the highest room and it was very nice. The only comments I have are regarding the AC. Given that our room was prone to getting hot, I would have preferred to have the AC turned on prior to our arrival . Also that AC needs to be fixed or upgraded as it is extremely weak. But with the added fan I still managed to get myself a nice night’s sleep.

Staff were extremely welcoming
they were very informative and always available
The hotel is very tastefully designed and decorated to a high standard of individuality
The rooms are spacious and clean and well maintained
A complimentary tea/ coffee facility is available in the reception area daily pm
The reception is staffed 24hours
Excellent establishment
