My room was not quite exactly what I was expecting the pictures on the Internet. We’re a little bit deceiving, but it worked for the time that I needed the room. I unfortunately had to check out a day early due to family unexpected events that took place kind of sucked that I wasn’t able to potentially get a partial refund, but that’s OK. Stuff happens. The room was Decent. That blankets were a little drab and had stains or something on them in the shower. I kinda had issues with trying to work it. It wasn’t super bad for the night, but everybody that was around my room was extremely loud and noisy so it was hard for me to get my child to go to sleep. The staff was very helpful and friendly so that was nice. The front area looked clean and inviting the breakfast bar area that they had provided was nice for in the morning. That was definitely a plus and had a nice little variety to choose from which was great especially when you’re traveling with kids if I had to stay there again, I probably would if I had to.

Staff super! Check in was awesome, Sami was confident and very helpful. Answered all my questions seemed to be handling a very busy day single handed! Kudos to her! I really appreciated the laundry area and breakfast area. Plenty of seating!

This property has everything you need at a very affordable price. Free breakfast and free parking. Showers with shelving built in for your toiletries. Large multi angle mirror in bathroom. Location right off freeway. Simple and clean.

Great value for money. Bed really comfortable. Unfortunately road noise rather loud. Property a bit tired. Needed drier replaced. (Quick response appreciated) Water squirted out the faucet handle if turned on too hard. Carpet could use a good vaccuum. Not the friendliest staff. Good breakfasts.

When I arrived at the property I wasn't acknowledged at all and when the employee was free she just stared at me until I began the conversation. That night, I woke up to the people in the next room slam their door so hard that it shook my room, they were then fighting for the next couple of hours and I got no sleep that night. The following evening I could hear them getting drunk again so I opted to change rooms. This isn't the fault of the hotel but the walls are incredibly thin. Additionally, my key cards kept failing so I was forced to go back down to the desk to get them fixed, then finally on the third day I was told that electronics void them. Understandable, but that is probably something you want to tell folks when they check in as we all are walking around with multiple electronics basically all the time. Finally, in the new room I moved to the bedspread had multiple stains on it. Throughout my stay the customer service was nonexistent, we don't have to be best friends but maybe make an attempt at a human experience? Ultimately, I came for the continental breakfast and that was the saving grace of this whole experience. 3/10
