"I liked the soap dispensers in rooms. No coffee maker surprised me but coffee/hot water is available in lobby--also has a waterbottle refill station in lobby. Iron & board was handy to dewrinkle clothes in suitcase. It was clean & comfortable."

"The Expedition Lodge is very quirky and different, but in a good way! Definitely not a cookie cutter chain hotel...and you should like stairs, lol. The lodge seems to be built on a hill and there are several short sets of stairs in all directions from the lobby. There is an elevator that will bring you to some of the rooms, though. Front desk staff were very friendly and efficient, and provided suggestions on our RMNP itinerary. The lodge had THE MOST unique breakfast I've ever experienced where you could opt for breakfast or lunch-type options. They are renovating certain areas, too. We were very happy with our stay!"
