I hope they will fix the deficiencies soon. What comes to my mind; Foot towel, face towel, air conditioner, baby bed, spare blanket, kitchenware. (There is nothing but 2 plates, 2 glasses, 2 knives and 1 kettle)"

We were staying at the Ground Floor room, where there are noises from the drainage system in the building all the time. There is often cigarette smoke smell in the apartment which we have to open the window at all times. "
