If you want clean, keep looking. You get what you pay for and I got a whole night of worrying about how I couldn’t step on the carpet without shoes on. If I could give zero stars for cleanliness, I would.

Property is being used as long term housing and it appeared maybe 1/3 of rooms were being used that way. My room wasn’t filthy but needed paint. Biggest thing was no hot water so no shower. Sink filled with water while brushing my teeth and took a long time to drain. I turned on the heater and 30 seconds later the smoke alarm was going off! Had to shut down the heater to make it stop. Checked out after 1 night instead of 3 and they refused to communicate with Xpedia and so denied my refund. Unsat in every aspect.

They advertise room service every day but that’s not true. Stayed there for a week and received room service only on the third day. Stayed at a lot of Super 8 motel, this one was the worst, and looked nothing like a normal Motel 8. Carpet in room was disgusting and the bed always felt wet like the linen hadn’t been dried all the way. Left a fan blowing on it the whole week but the moisture feeling never went away. Will never stay there again.
