Bei der Ankunft war vom Hotel aus nicht mal klar ob ich bezahlt habe oder nicht, ich hatte aber im Voraus bezahlt. Dann war nur der Zimmerschlüssel vorhanden kein Hausschlüssel, Hausschlüssel war noch auf dem Zimmer. Zimmer war bei meiner Ankunft (obwohl relativ spät) noch nicht gemacht. Wurde dann so huschhusch gemacht. Bett war durchgelegen. Frühstück gab es auch nicht. Wenigstens ist Celle eine schöne Stadt und in der nähe gab es wirklich Top-Restaurants (Apache Steakhaus)

Nicht zu früh kommen, sonst Kontaktschwierigkeiten. Rezeption ca. 100 m in einem anderen Hotel. Kein Aufzug (klar, historisches Haus). Sehr freundlicher Pächter. Gut: Frühstücksbäckerei gleich schräg gegenüber.

Wir waren nicht zufrieden, unhöflicher Service und laute Umgebung. Dazu wird man früher aus seinem Zimmer raus gebeten als man muss. Sehr schade
