"Under construction.. our room was new and nice but there was a step ladder in the shower when we arrived. Not super friendly at check in. Housekeeping missed replacing toilet paper , leaving any Kleenex, replacing dirty glasses, no wash clothes, had to ask for spare toilet paper as they were very small rolls.the shower was great but took at least 5 minutes to get warm water. the restaurant was again under construction which was fine great ocean view, very slow service for food and drinks. "Very spacious, comfortable rooms. Bathrooms need updating though. The one issue we had is the steepness of the stairs down to the hotel on arrival. Breakfast was typically Italian - mostly sweet. The breakfast room has a view not to be missed. The staff were very friendly & welcoming. "
